Expected hourly range of $29.49 to $32.77, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k). In addition to your hourly wage, this role has additional earning potential through voluntary overtime and task work opportunities dependent on business need.
Primary Purpose of Position
Perform a variety of job duties related to general residential home repairs and aesthetic modifications, not limited to but including drywall repairs, carpentry and painting.
Primary Duties and Accountabilities
- Works independently or under direct supervision, applying established procedures to accomplish assigned tasks.
- Performs clerical duties necessary to complete job work orders.
- Maintains proper truck stock and equipment maintenance.
- Work independently in making needed repairs or modifications of drywall applications, framing applications, and/or painting applications.
- Assists in other advanced applications of repairs or modifications.
- Perform various specific job duties as assigned by the Team Leaders and Department Manager.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 years of work experience, or a combination of work and accredited trade or vocational training in basic carpentry, and general home repair procedures
- Demonstrated knowledge of the use of tools and materials related to the modifications of residential home repairs
- Eligibility to meet Company driving standards, including possession of a valid driver's license
- Demonstrates skills in customer relations
