［プロジェクト概要および業務内容］ Project Overview and Responsibilities

• インフォテインメントダッシュボード、タッチスクリーン、制御パネル、音声認識システムなど、車載システム向けHMI仕様の作成
• HMI画面遷移およびステータス遷移の定義
• UX/UI設計者、エンジニア、プロダクトマネージャーと緊密に連携し、HMI設計を車両システムに統合
• HMI仕様定義とHMIアセットのギャップ分析
• HMI設計が業界標準、規制、安全要件に準拠していることの確認
• HMI設計および技術における最新のトレンドとベストプラクティスの把握

• Create HMI specifications for automotive systems, including Infotainment dashboards, touchscreens, control panels, and voice-activated systems
• Define HMI screen transitions and status transitions
• Work closely with UX/UI designers, engineers, and product managers to integrate HMI designs with vehicle systems
• Gap analysis of HMI specifications definition versus HMI assets
• Ensure that HMI designs comply with industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in HMI design and technology

■必須要件■ Must Have

• インフォテインメントHMI設計における4年以上の経験
• HMI設計の専門知識：

1. 実用プログラムの経験
2. 様々なインフォテインメント機能（電話・プロジェクター、メディア・ラジオ、HVACなど）のHMI設計経験

• 技術スキル：Adob​​e、Photoshop、HTML5、CSSなど、HMI開発のためのプログラミング言語またはスクリプトに関する基礎知識
• ユーザーエクスペリエンス（UX）およびユーザーインターフェース（UI）設計：

1. 直感的で使いやすいインターフェースを作成する能力
2. UXリサーチ手法、ユーザビリティテスト、ユーザー中心設計の原則に関する経験

• 問題解決能力および分析能力：

1. 設計上の課題を評価し、解決するための高度な分析能力
2. テスト結果とユーザーフィードバックに基づいて設計を反復・改善する能力

• 自動車分野における専門知識：HMI設計エンジニアは、運転者の注意散漫、安全性、車両システムとの統合といった特定の要素を考慮する必要があります。

• 4+ years of experience in Infotainment HMI Design
• HMI Design Expertise:

1. Experience in production programs
2. Worked on HMI design of various Infotainment features (e.g, Phone and Projection, Media & Radio, HVAC etc.)

• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of programming languages or scripting for HMI development, such as Adobe, Photoshop, HTML5, CSS
• User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) Design:

1. Ability to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces
2. Experience with UX research methods, usability testing, and user-centered design principles

• Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills:

1. Strong analytical skills to assess and address design challenges
2. Ability to iterate and refine designs based on testing results and user feedback

• Automotive Domain specific expertise: HMI Design Engineers need to consider specific factors such as driver distraction, safety, and integration with vehicle systems

• CAN通信、Canoe/CANalyzerの使用経験
• ECU設計/ECU開発経験
• ハードウェア、回路設計に関する基礎知識
• 車両全体、HMIに関する幅広い知識と基礎的な知識

• Possible to have communication with overseas team members in English
• Experience working in IVI (In Vehicle Infotainment system) domain
• Experience working in Trouble shooting on IVI product raised from the market
• Experience working in Vehicle Testing related to IVI
• Experience working and Knowledge in Infotainment system features like Tuner, Navigation, Player, Vehicle functions, Projection Technologies, Diagnostics, Voice Recognition, FOTA etc.
• Experience in CAN communication, Canoe / CANalyzer
• Experience in ECU design / ECU development
• Basic knowledge of Hardware, circuit design
• Broad and shallow knowledge of the entire vehicle, HMI knowledge

• 英語力 – TOEIC 550点以上（推奨）
• 日本語力 – ネイティブレベル

• English – TOEIC score more than 550 (recommended)
• Japanese – Native Level
