About the role You’ll be servicing and growing a client portfolio by assisting our senior brokers and some of the duties include: Account Servicing: Support Senior Brokers with new business and renewal quotations, preparation of client documentation, closings, invoices, and claims management

Client Support:Provide day-to-day assistance to clients, brokers, underwriters, and other stakeholders with tight turnaround times

Account Management:Assist with overall account management and debtor management to ensure smooth operations

Process Improvement:Identify opportunities to enhance internal processes and cost efficiencies, collaborating with the Gallagher Service Centre for accurate preparation of information

Client Information: Gather relevant client data, identify key issues, and provide assistance to Senior Brokers

Documentation Accuracy:Ensure 100% accuracy in all documentation issued to internal and external clients

Industry Knowledge:Stay informed on industry trends by attending training sessions, seminars, and other professional development opportunities

Professional Standards:Apply best business practices, acting ethically, professionally, and with integrity in all areas of work

Skills and experience Strong account management with attention to detail Clear, professional, and confident with stakeholders Practical & service-first approach to getting deals done Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification Proactive, helpful, and driven to hit team goals Previous experience in a similar insurance or broking role is highly regarded Why Join Gallagher
