Job Description

Role Objective
Lead the B2B marketing strategy and execution with primary influence in Mexico, focusing on brand positioning, market visibility, campaigns, content, digital marketing, social media, events, and field marketing. Ensure alignment with business priorities and with the regional and global marketing strategy, while also generating additional impact in Colombia and across Latin America.

The role aims to strengthen the company’s presence primarily in the Mexican market, identify relevant opportunities in key industries, develop awareness and engagement initiatives, and translate the company’s value proposition—including technological and AI solutions—into clear, differentiated messaging for B2B audiences, extending its impact to Colombia and the rest of Latin America.

Main Responsibilities
Develop and implement the B2B marketing strategy with primary focus on Mexico, aligned with business objectives and regional direction, with the ability to extend initiatives, learnings, and impact to Colombia and the rest of Latin America.

Strengthen the company’s positioning within the technology and services ecosystem in the country. Identify market trends, audience needs, competitive movements, and positioning opportunities. Translate capabilities, solutions, and value propositions into clear, relevant, and differentiated messaging for the Mexican market.

Awareness, Campaigns, and Visibility
Design and execute marketing initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness, reputation, and engagement. Lead local campaigns in coordination with regional or global efforts, ensuring adaptation and relevance for Mexico. Drive thought leadership initiatives, content creation, and brand presence in strategic spaces.

Coordinate digital marketing and social media initiatives to strengthen brand visibility, amplify campaigns, promote relevant content, and support the company’s presence among target B2B audiences. Ensure consistency in messaging, storytelling, and brand presence across all touchpoints.

Events and Field Marketing
Identify relevant events, forums, associations, networking spaces, and platforms for the brand in Mexico. Define the event participation strategy, including brand presence, sponsorships, speaking opportunities, activations, and post-event follow-up.

Coordinate the execution of field marketing activities, webinars, roundtables, and other interaction formats with B2B audiences. Evaluate the relevance and effectiveness of both in-person and virtual initiatives based on visibility, engagement, and marketing objectives.

Required Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

5–8+ years of experience in B2B marketing.
Experience in industries such as technology, services, digital transformation, AI, CX, SaaS, or related fields is preferred.

Strong knowledge of the Mexican market, its business dynamics, and key industry and event ecosystems.

Experience in campaigns, positioning, content development, events, field marketing, digital marketing, and strategic social media management.

Knowledge of digital channels, paid media, analytics, content optimization, and social media best practices for corporate audiences.

Ability to develop messaging and storytelling for complex or technical solutions.

Experience working in regional and multinational environments.

Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.

Familiarity with marketing tools, automation, CRM, analytics, and campaign management platforms.
