Job Description
Prior early childhood education experience is not required. We welcome experienced multi-site leaders who have demonstrated success developing leaders, driving operational excellence, and creating outstanding customer experiences.
This role requires approximately 80% travel within the region, with a strong on-site presence supporting school leaders and teams.
What You'll Do
Coach, develop, and hold Principals accountable for school performance and leadership growth.
Build a culture of safety, accountability, and excellence across multiple schools.
Drive enrollment, retention, staffing, and financial performance.
Ensure compliance with licensing, accreditation, and company standards.
Support educational excellence through effective implementation of curriculum and instructional practices.
Strengthen family engagement and community partnerships.
Develop leadership pipelines and attract, retain, and grow top talent.
Use data and key performance indicators to identify opportunities and drive results.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
3–5+ years of successful multi-site leadership experience.
Proven success leading and developing leaders across multiple teams, locations, or business units.
Strong operational, financial, and performance management skills.
Experience using data to drive decision-making and business outcomes.
Exceptional communication, coaching, and relationship-building abilities.
A passion for developing people and creating meaningful impact in the communities you serve.
