What You'll Do
- You will check and verify daily inventory, identify discrepancies, and implement countermeasures for resolution.
- You need to conduct physical verification of clearing yarn specification stock on-site.
- You need to track the handling of abnormal materials.
- You will calculate production requirements, confirm special specification order quantities and mold commissioning timelines to achieve zero-loss delivery and control clearing yarn leftover within target limits.
- You will communicate with PTL/QTL to confirm production constraints, reasonably arranging fixed equipment specifications and production sequencing.
- You will monitor schedule for clearing yarn specifications and the semi-finished WIP inventory, while controlling clearing yarn specification stock.
- You will develop shift production plans and identify methods to reduce production changeovers.
- You will track production progress, promptly address abnormalities, and implement adjustments.
- You will respond quickly to insert orders in coordination with the master schedule.
- You will attend the daily DMS meeting and support the implementation of related decisions.
- You will participate in process projects, assisting in production planning formulation and tracking.
- You will coordinate with PTL/QTL to develop trial production plans for new specifications
- You will confirm monthly/weekly/daily equipment maintenance and modification/relocation plans with RTL.
- You will collect and compile daily ILD achievement data, analyze root causes, and implement corresponding improvements.
- You will develop monthly equipment startup/shutdown plans, optimizing schedules to minimize machine startups.
- You will analyze production constraints and implement appropriate countermeasures.
- You will attend daily departmental DMS meetings, ensuring assigned actions are implemented, tracked, and reported.
- You will participate in weekly clearing yarn meetings to collect/analyze abnormality root causes and track countermeasures.
- You will collect, organize, and analyze daily/weekly KPI and changeover data.
- You will engage in departmental improvement projects by providing planning support to facilitate project completion.
What We're Looking for
- You with extensive 1-year experience in production planning for the tire manufacturing industry.
- You with Hands-on experience in operating MES systems.
- You with Language skill: English CET-4
- You are familiar with tire products, manufacturing processes, and procedural knowledge
- You are proficient in production planning/material control operational processes, capable of reasonably managing material inventory
Office software - You are capable of data statistics and production capacity analysis
Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
