Job Description
Experience
- No minimum experience required
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years demonstrated experience in customer service, business office environment, healthcare related office, or communications center
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
Certification Summary
- Valid GA’s driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
- Proof of vehicle insurance
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Excellent customer services skills, communication skills, and the ability to communicate well in person, in writing, and on the phone
- Must be organized and able to multi-task with a smile
- Must be able to work effectively in pressured situations and demonstrate the ability to diffuse escalating situations
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Solid math skills
- Computer skills that include Outlook Email, internet, Microsoft Word
- Self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation
Job Responsibilities
- Fulfills customer requests, including running errands, information research, and other personal service requests.
- Closes out daily, weekly, and monthly tasks, including customer service scores, transactions, and customer communications.
- Reconciles corporate credit card account with POS system.
- Delivers excellent customer service through timely communication, responsiveness, great organization, and ability to juggle multiple requests at one time.
- Develops and maintains positive working relationships with employees.
- Provides notary services upon request.
- Attends benefits fairs, recruiting events, and staff meetings upon request.
- Performs other duties as required.
