
Human Resources Assistant
Job Description
The HR Assistant is responsible for performing a variety of human resources support activities under the direction of the HR ASL / Human Resources. Compliance and best practices will be applied across all areas of HR (e.g., culture, onboarding, training and development, benefits, associate relations and performance evaluations, associate files, etc.) to continue to build and maintain Scheels culture. Due to the nature of this position, a high level of confidentiality must be maintained at all times.
