About the job Job purpose We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Developer specializing in ServiceNow platforms, including ITSM, ITOM, GRC, HR, SPM, and Interfaces
This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow's capabilities and the ability to challenge and collaborate with ServiceNow Solution Architects and Internal Developers from the product team
The ideal candidate will possess a rare combination of technical expertise and strategic thinking to drive innovative solutions and improvements across our ServiceNow landscape
Main missions Your
include: 1
Technical Leadership and Development Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions
Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure ServiceNow applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications. 2
Expertise in ServiceNow Modules ITSM (IT Service Management): Develop and enhance IT service management processes and workflows
ITOM (IT Operations Management): Implement and optimize IT operations management solutions
GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance): Design and deploy governance, risk, and compliance frameworks
HR (Human Resources): Develop HR service delivery solutions and workflows
SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management): Implement and manage strategic portfolio management processes
Interfaces: Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems and applications. 3
Collaboration and Innovation Challenge and collaborate with ServiceNow Solution Architects to drive innovative solutions
Work closely with Internal Developers from the product team to ensure alignment with strategic goals
Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for ServiceNow implementations. 4
Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
Provide technical support and guidance to junior developers and team members
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. 5
Documentation and Training Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed solutions
Provide training and mentorship to junior developers and team members
Expected skills & experience We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills: Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
A Master's degree is a plus
Proven experience (7+ years) in ServiceNow development, with a strong focus on ITSM, ITOM, GRC, HR, SPM, and Interfaces
Experience working in a global, multi-cultural environment
Technical skills Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideRecord, GlideAjax, and other ServiceNow scripting languages
Experience with ServiceNow APIs and integrations
Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
