Job Description

Overview

Mountain River Phyical Therapy, a member of the Confluent Health family, is seeking a diligent and hardworking cleaner to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming clinic environment while ensuring all treatment areas, equipment, and common spaces uphold the high sanitization standards for a healthcare setting. 

 

Hours: Part-time (2-3 days/week, ~3 hours per shift): Evenings during the week after clinic hours and/or weekends within the expected number of weekly hours.
Pay Rate: $11.00/Hour


Responsibilities

This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming clinic environment.

 

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Sweeping/Vacuuming and mopping clinic areas, including waiting room, front office, gym area, treatment rooms, kitchen, restrooms, and industrial areas
  • Disinfect high touched areas and treatment equipment
  • Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors)
  • Refilling paper towels, soap dispensers, and other restroom supplies
  • Dusting surfaces and wiping down door handles, door knobs, entry doors, and waiting room chairs
  • Cleaning windows and entry doors

  • Trash removal

The team member must be able to lift, push/pull, kneel, bend, and carry cleaning equipment and supplies to safely and effectively perform required tasks


Qualifications

  • Experience: 1+ years of professional cleaning, housekeeping, familiarity with sanitation chemicals/equipment, understanding of OSHA guidelines
  • Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

  • Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Physically able to lift, push/pull, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods

  • Comfortable working in a healthcare or professional clinic environment
