In this role, you’ll lead high-impact initiatives that enhance partner engagement, improve operational performance, and help bring go-to-market priorities to life. As a Partner Enablement Lead, you’ll lead partner-focused programs and nationwide operational strategies that improve efficiency, scalability, and execution across indirect sales channels. You’ll work across teams to drive initiatives from concept to implementation, support partner readiness and engagement, and optimize the tools, reporting, and processes that help partners succeed. Your ability to connect strategy with execution, influence stakeholders, and improve program performance will be key to your success.
What you’ll do:
- Lead partner programs and operational strategies that support business growth, readiness, and execution across indirect channels.
- Oversee high-impact projects and programs from concept through implementation, ensuring strong execution and measurable results.
- Partner across business units and with senior leadership to align priorities and support go-to-market initiatives.
- Drive adoption of tools, reporting, and operational processes that improve visibility, streamline workflows, and enhance execution.
- Develop enablement materials, events, and learning opportunities that support partner engagement and sales effectiveness.
- Analyze performance data to identify opportunities and improve program outcomes over time.
What you’ll need:
- Experience leading partner programs, channel operations, or operational initiatives in an indirect sales environment.
- Strong understanding of partner-led selling models, including solution providers, sub-agents, distributors, and value-added resellers.
- Ability to lead complex cross-functional programs from strategy through execution.
- Experience using reporting and operational insights to drive decision-making and performance improvement.
- Knowledge of sales operations, workflow optimization, and partner enablement practices.
- Experience building tools, resources, or engagement programs that improve execution and consistency.
What you’ll bring:
- 10+ years of related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
- Experience in partner operations, channel operations, compliance, contracting, onboarding, or risk programs in a complex enterprise environment.
- Experience negotiating or administering partner agreements and resolving issues with professionalism and clarity.
- Experience collaborating with executive leaders and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.

Our Director- Alliance Partner Enablement earns between $174,000 - $261,200 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
