The Role:
If you have excellent communication skills and a desire to work in a fast-paced setting, we have an opportunity for you to join a team where you can make a difference, every day.
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate person to join our team at Swanwick Lodge; a secure children’s home situated close to the M27 for an easy commute from Portsmouth or Southampton. We are looking for someone to support us at the weekend for just 6 hours, 14:30-20:30, with additional hours occasionally available to support the team.
What you’ll do:
You will provide a courteous and professional, front-line service to staff, professional visitors, and members of the public; both in person and over the telephone. You will ensure the secure movement of staff, visitors, and children around the home via internal security systems.
You will maintain accurate records and provide general administrative assistance.
What we’re looking for:
A good level of English and competent IT skills are essential; all training necessary for you to fulfil the role will be provided.
