Assesses risks and makes recommendations for underwriting decisions with support and guidance from leadership as needed, while developing underwriting skills and building critical internal and external relationships. Environmental education or experience is preferred.  Successful candidates also demonstrate strong business acumen, sales orientation, and ability to build broker partnerships and drive growth.    Responsibilities Focuses on building relationships with key external parties (brokers, agents).
