About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior executives. This role requires strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment. The EA will act as a trusted partner to executives, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, effective time management, and seamless coordination across stakeholders.


Daily challenges 

Executive Support

  • Manage complex calendars, prioritize meetings, and resolve scheduling conflicts

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-ups

  • Provide proactive support by anticipating executive needs and managing priorities

Travel & Logistics

  • Arrange international and domestic travel, including visas, itineraries, and accommodations

  • Prepare detailed travel agendas and ensure smooth execution of trips


  Meeting & Event Management

  • Organize leadership meetings, team events, and offsites

  • Prepare presentations, materials, and meeting minutes where required

  • Track and follow up on action items

Operational & Administrative Support

  •  Manage expenses in Concur

  •  Support onboarding/offboarding processes for team members

eXperience and skills required 

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a high level of discretion

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and experience with expense management systems (e.g., Concur)

  • Ability to handle complex calendar management, travel coordination, and event planning end-to-end

  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills, anticipating needs and taking initiative to support business priorities

  • High level of attention to detail, confidentiality, and reliability in handling sensitive information

  • English language at a business professional level
