For Marketing Support/Projects:
· Support Loyalty Marketing team to ensure all areas (primarily in marketing and operations) related to Marina Bay Sands’ loyalty program are well-coordinated and meticulously executed
· Coordinate and liaise collateral and media briefs, production and distribution with creative and media team
· Assist in planning and coordination of events and promotions such as lucky draw, dinner/retail partner events under Sands LifeStyle, these include but not limited to:
Communicate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure all requirements, logistics, procedures and documentations are followed in a timely manner
Communicate with customers and handles enquiries professionally, and generate feedback on events and promotion to supervisors efficiently
Assist in collaterals development, reports and analysis of campaigns and promotions.
· Support and assist in planning of loyalty program events and promotions
· Undertake special projects as directed on a regular basis
· Other projects and tasks as required by management
Job Requirements
Education & Certification
Applicant must be a full-time matriculated student.
Internship should contribute to school graduation requirements
Experience
No experience required as training will be provided
Other Prerequisites
Highly motivated self-learner and quick to pick up a wide variety of tools
Possess strong analytical skills and keen eyes for details
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Enthusiastic and a positive attitude
