Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Assistant Intern to support our sales team in daily operations. This role provides hands-on exposure to the end-to-end sales process, including customer engagement, data analysis, and internal coordination.
The intern will gain practical experience in sales operations and business development while contributing to team performance.
- Assist the sales team in daily administrative tasks and coordination
- Maintain and update customer data, sales pipeline, and CRM records
- Support preparation of sales materials, presentations, and reports
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities
- Help track sales performance and generate regular reports
- Assist in client communication (email, calls, meeting coordination) under guidance
- Support order processing, documentation, and internal follow-ups
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve sales strategies
- Provide general support to ensure smooth operation of the sales team
- Bachelor’s degree student (or recent graduate) in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related fields
- Strong interest in sales, business development, or customer management
- Good communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team player mindset
