The Manager, IT Strategy & Integration – Oracle HCM is a key member of the Office of the CTO (OCTO), responsible for shaping and executing the enterprise strategy for Oracle Fusion HCM and related people systems.

This is an individual contributor leadership role with no direct reports, ideal for a senior Oracle Fusion HCM professional who thrives in high‑influence, cross‑functional environments and enjoys bridging HR, Technology, and enterprise strategy.
