This position requires flexibility in working between our Lincolnshire and Glencoe locations and offers comprehensive training in both retail skincare and aesthetic facial services.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by welcoming patients and assisting them with their skin care concerns and goals.
• Conduct personalized skincare consultations and recommend customized skincare regimens based on individual needs.
• Educate patients on proper product usage and the benefits of their recommended skincare routine.
• Recommend complementary products and services to enhance patient outcomes and support long-term skin health.
• Perform facial waxing and makeup application services.
• Build lasting relationships with patients through follow-up communication, product recommendations, and ongoing skincare support.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and consultation notes.
• Manage retail transactions, support e-commerce operations, and oversee the timely fulfillment and packaging of online orders.
• Assist with merchandising, inventory management, stocking, and maintaining an organized and visually appealing retail environment.
• Participate in promotional events, product launches, and educational initiatives.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals through exceptional patient care and product knowledge.
• Complete daily opening and closing procedures.

Schedule Requirements

• Must be available to work at least two Saturdays per month based on business and staffing needs.

• Must be willing to work at both our Lincolnshire and Glencoe locations as needed.

 

For this position, the base pay range is $20.00 - $22.00 per hour. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education, certification, or training

Qualifications

Training & Development

• New team members will complete a comprehensive onboarding program focused on skinfo® operations, product knowledge, patient consultations, and retail sales.
• Training in aesthetic treatments and services will be provided following successful completion of the initial onboarding and probationary period.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois Esthetician and/or Cosmetology License required.
• Minimum of one year of experience in retail sales, customer service, aesthetics, skincare, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in medical, dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetic practice is a plus, but not required.
• Passion for skincare, aesthetics, wellness, and helping others look and feel their best.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable educating patients and making personalized product and treatment recommendations.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with computers and comfortable learning new software systems.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to contribute to team success.
• Positive, professional, and energetic attitude.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays and some evenings.
• Ability to travel between our Lincolnshire and Glencoe locations based on business needs.
