Financial Svcs Analyst

The Financial Services Analyst will support the Accounts Payable process by handling critical exception invoices, resolving issues quickly, and ensuring accurate processing. The role includes managing AP inquiry tickets, responding to queries on time, and helping vendors and internal teams with any payment‑related concerns. 

The analyst will also perform vendor reconciliations, check outstanding balances, fix mismatches, and maintain clean records. They will work on aged reconciliations such as Aged Debit and Aged GR/IR, follow up on old items, and help clear them promptly. 

Regular communication with business stakeholders is required to address issues and provide process support as a subject matter expert. 

The role also involves monitoring key AP metrics like Paid on Time and First Pass Yield , identifying problems, and helping improve performance. Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a solid understanding of AP processes are important for success in this role.
