About The Position
Bitsight is seeking a curious, creative, and driven Senior Product Manager to join our Product team and help shape the future of our Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) solution.
As a key member of the Product organization, you will play a critical role throughout the product development lifecycle, working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment alongside cross-functional teams to define, build, and launch innovative capabilities that advance Bitsight's vision and strategy.
In this role, you will own and drive product initiatives within our CTI solution, leveraging customer feedback, market insights, and data-driven analysis to define and deliver impactful features and capabilities.
You will partner with customers, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver valuable capabilities that help organizations manage cyber threats.
The ideal candidate is highly customer-focused, thrives in cross-functional environments, and can independently drive initiatives from concept to delivery.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the globe to define, develop, and launch products that deliver customer value and support business objectives.
Own product requirements and drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, including user research, personas, user stories, UX/UI design, and detailed product specifications.
Leverage analytics, customer feedback, market research, usability studies, and competitive intelligence to inform product strategy and prioritization.
Monitor product adoption, customer engagement, and business performance, and take action to drive successful outcomes.
Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and vision to internal and external stakeholders, building alignment and enthusiasm around product initiatives.
Lead AI-powered product initiatives, defining intelligent workflows and innovative capabilities that enhance the customer experience.
Partner closely with Data Science, Engineering, and Security Research teams to translate complex customer and business challenges into scalable AI/ML-driven solutions.
Define data requirements, success metrics, and feedback mechanisms to continuously improve AI-powered capabilities.
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI features, from ideation and experimentation through launch, monitoring, optimization, and ongoing iteration.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in product management roles, preferably in B2B SaaS
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to drive execution across cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated success leading complex initiatives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to accelerate product discovery, inform decision-making, and improve efficiency in day-to-day product management activities.
Familiarity with AI governance, best practices, and workflows that integrate AI into team operations and decision-making processes.
Ability to prioritize competing customer, business, and technical requirements.
Strong partnership skills and a customer-centric mindset, with the ability to work closely with Go-to-Market teams, including Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Support.
Experience in data science or software development - a strong advantage.
Experience in cybersecurity, threat intelligence, or risk management domains is strongly preferred.
