PAY: $68,470–$102,705 annually

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent job experience
• 2+ years of related work experience in a mortgage lending position
• 2+ years of management experience
• Experience with financial institution operations
• Working knowledge of TILA, RESPA, HMDA, Fair Lending, and ECOA

An NMLS certification is preferred.

SCHEDULE: This is a full-time position working Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM.

WHAT TO EXPECT AS A MORTGAGE OPERATIONS MANAGER

In this role, you will partner closely with the Director of Mortgage Lending to support strategic initiatives while overseeing the day-to-day operations of mortgage processing and servicing. You'll lead, coach, and develop your team, coordinate workflows, and ensure loan files meet compliance and investor standards. From monitoring quality control programs to ensuring timely payments of taxes and insurance, your work will help maintain smooth, accurate operations.
