About the Role
Are you a passionate Women’s, Men’s, or Pelvic Health Physiotherapist looking to make a real difference?
In this rewarding hospital-based role, you’ll provide expert care for patients with continence and pelvic floor conditions, working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where your skills directly improve people’s lives.
What you’ll do:
Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based assessments and design individualised treatment plans that get results
Work closely with a multidisciplinary team—medical, nursing, and allied health—to set and achieve meaningful patient goals
Share your expertise through education and advice, empowering colleagues and clients to improve continence and pelvic health
Lead and contribute to quality improvement initiatives, helping to shape and enhance our Continence and HIP Programs
Experience the variety and challenges of a clinic with multiple referral sources and a diverse patient groups.

Classifications for this position will range from VB7 - VC1 ($104,135.20- $118,981.20 per annum, pro rata for part time).
Your Contribution
Postgraduate qualification in the treatment of continence and pelvic floor
Highly developed organisational, planning and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and within an interdisciplinary team
Current National criminal history check, or willing to obtain

About Continence Clinic
The Continence Clinic is a specialist service that applies a multi-disciplinary team approach to the assessment and management of bladder and bowel issues or pelvic floor dysfunction. We service adults in the geographical areas of the Cities of Darebin, Yarra and Boroondara and Melbourne. It is a multidisciplinary clinic consisting of nurses, physiotherapists, geriatricians, and admin staff. The service is based at St George’s Hospital.
