Job Description
We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is critical in supporting our customers and outside sales team by providing timely quotes, managing orders, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, Outside Sales Representatives, OEMs, and distributors
Receive and process requests for quotes, purchase orders, order changes, and cancellations
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering responsive, accurate, and reliable service
Utilize NetSuite to:
Retrieve customer and inventory information
Manage and update purchase orders
Track order status and ensure accuracy of item codes
Prepare price quotations for both in-stock and buy-out materials
Coordinate with distributors to source products and meet customer delivery requirements
Communicate updates to customers and internal teams as needed
Partner with the credit department to verify customer credit status for rush or high-risk orders
Maintain detailed and accurate sales files from order initiation through completion
Prepare and submit documentation for invoicing, credits, and returns
Ensure all quotes are completed accurately and communicated back to customers and Outside Sales
Continuously develop product knowledge, system proficiency, and industry understanding
