About the Role
Location: Mexico - Remote
The Analyst, Data & Application Management is a key member of Veralto’s Global HR Shared Services organization. This role supports the delivery of high-quality HR operations through accurate data management, system administration, reporting, and process optimization.
The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining HR data integrity, supporting HR technology platforms, and enabling efficient service delivery across a global organization. Working closely with HR, technology, and business stakeholders, this position contributes to a data-driven and digital-first operating model through disciplined execution, continuous improvement, and effective use of technology and automation.
Key Responsibilities
Execute complex HR data transactions and system activities across global HR platforms, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to established processes and service levels.
Maintain HR data integrity by supporting audits, controls, and data quality activities while proactively resolving discrepancies.
Deliver timely and accurate reporting and data insights that support operational and business decision-making.
Support HR systems administration activities, including access management, testing, enhancements, automation initiatives, and data validation.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve data quality, and enhance service delivery through automation and digital capabilities.
Develop, maintain, and audit knowledge articles, process documentation, and work instructions to ensure alignment with standard operating procedures.
Participate in cross-functional projects, system enhancements, process improvement initiatives, and data migration activities that support the evolution of Global HR Shared Services.
Qualifications Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Business Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience supporting business or HR systems, preferably including Workday and service management platforms.
Professional proficiency in English.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Experience working with data management, reporting, and system administration.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong organizational, project management, and stakeholder communication skills.
Preferred
Experience with Workday, Jira Service Management, or other enterprise HR technologies.
Exposure to automation, AI-enabled solutions, and process optimization initiatives.
Additional language capabilities.
Experience supporting global or multinational organizations.
