Internship (OJT) : Wholesale

Key Responsibilities

For IT / Computer Science Intern:

• Assist in sales data cleaning and consolidation (sell-in, sell-out, sell-through data).
• Support the creation of WHS Sales Performance Dashboards using Excel or Power BI.
• Work on store mapping and data visualization for regional and partner stores.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and automation.
• Maintain version control of files and proper documentation of tools and dashboards.

For Marketing Management Intern:

• Support the development of WHS Monthly Newsletters (content, layout, distribution).
• Assist in gathering trade marketing materials and campaign results.
• Help organize promotional calendars, campaign tracking, and execution alignment with partners.
• Join brainstorming and alignment sessions for upcoming activations and trade initiatives.
• Provide admin and coordination support for wholesale partner meetings and workshops.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in:
  • IT, Computer Science, or Data Analytics (for Data/Tech Intern)
  • Marketing Management, Business, or Communications (for Marketing Intern)
• Strong attention to detail, with interest in working with either data analytics or marketing execution.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge in Power BI, Canva, or Adobe is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or with a team.
• Must be endorsed for OJT / internship hours completion by their university.
