Descripción del puesto We are looking for a Regional Digital Lead LATAM to lead the regional digital agenda for a high-impact account across LATAM. This person will be responsible for driving a strategic vision of digital as a media platform, connecting business opportunities with innovation, and leading a regional digital operations team. We are looking for a profile with strong strategic thinking, deep digital expertise, people leadership capabilities, and the credibility to hold high-level conversations with clients in both Spanish and English. Responsabilidades Lead the regional digital agenda across LATAM, positioning digital as a driver of growth, innovation, and effectiveness. Lead a regional team of approximately 20 people, including the Digital Operations Lead. Work hand in hand with the Strategy Director to build strong, business-relevant recommendations. Represent the digital agenda in high-level conversations with clients and senior stakeholders in both Spanish and English. Evangelize digital capabilities, best practices, innovation, and adoption of new solutions across the business. Bring strategic vision and practical understanding of how digital campaigns are built, launched, optimized, and measured. Cualificaciones What profile are we looking for? We are looking for a strategic, innovative person with excellent people skills — someone who can move comfortably between business vision and digital execution. This person should have experience leading teams, influencing senior stakeholders, connecting strategy with operations, and elevating the conversation with clients. This role requires someone who truly lives and breathes digital, understands the media and platform ecosystem, and is also curious and open to incorporating AI as an enabler of better decisions, efficiency, and innovation. Key Requirements 8+ years of experience in digital media, digital strategy, platforms, campaign activation, or integrated media planning. Experience leading teams and developing talent in regional or multi-market environments. Proven ability to hold high-level client conversations in both Spanish and English. Minimum English proficiency level: C1. Strong understanding of the setup, activation, optimization, and measurement of digital campaigns. An innovative profile with strong influencing, collaboration, and leadership skills. Familiarity with AI applications in media, planning, operations, or innovation is a plus.
