Physician Liaison
Job Description
Clarify is seeking a motivated and experienced Physician Liaison to engage directly with healthcare providers and practices to support Clarify’s outcomes-based partnerships. In this role, you will guide providers/practices through sustained behavior change, including optimizing utilization of in-network, high-quality, and efficient care delivery. You will combine data-driven insights and structured change management approaches to build provider commitment and deliver measurable partnership outcomes.
- You have experience working directly with a variety of providers and physicians (e.g., physician liaison, provider relations, or pharmaceutical sales)
- You understand that changing practice patterns requires more than sharing data; it requires diagnosing readiness, building trust, and meeting people where they are
- You have a passion for value-based care and for using technology-enabled insights to deliver higher-value, more efficient care
- You think in terms of “what motivates this person” and naturally tailor your approach to different audiences
- You value working with hardworking, curious, and supportive teammates
