Group Summary:

General description
Responsible for the planning, scheduling and dispatching of materials to carry out production and meet customer demand.

Main responsibilities:
Supervises the quantity of material, purchased parts and parts made in the plant, required to support the organization of production allowing to achieve customer requirements, expedite orders to suppliers, supports in the reduction of scrap, lost time, as well as follows up on open orders.
Support quality by expediting new batches of raw material.
Apply QPFs to suppliers for failure to submit ASN, on-time delivery and/or documentation according to Magna standards. 
Provide support to Advance Activities team - Launch Programs. Pre-Production requirements and follow up with Procurement/Engineering/Quality to ensure components in Pre-Launch and SOP.                                     
Ensure compliance with assigned tasks derived by Enovia (Engineering Changes) in a timely manner.                         
In case of critical suppliers due to force majeure, ensure process follow up to minimize impact to line and customer.
   Profile:
-    College degree or equivalent                        
-    Bilingual English / Spanish, both written and verbal    
-    2 years of experience in the management and planning of materials and purchasing functions.
-    Hábil en PC, MRP, EDI.
