The Creative Director – Automotive Sales Training is a senior leader responsible for shaping the vision, strategy, and execution of high-impact sales training programs for retail automotive dealerships. This role blends strategic leadership, instructional design expertise, and hands-on creative development to deliver engaging, performance-driven learning solutions that improve dealership sales effectiveness and customer experience.

Serving as a key client partner the Creative Director translates business priorities into innovative training and coaching strategies and compelling content for both facilitated and online learning experiences.
