Job Description

Develop comprehensive marketing campaign strategies aligned with business objectives, working closely with Marketing teams to identify content opportunities that drive user engagement and business growth.

Lead end-to-end content operations from strategic planning and content creation to campaign execution and performance optimization across infotainment platforms.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, design, and technical teams to ensure seamless content integration and consistent brand messaging.

Manage content calendars, campaign timelines, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content initiatives.

Analyze content performance metrics and campaign effectiveness to optimize future strategies and improve ROI on marketing investments.

Establish content standards, guidelines, and best practices that ensure brand consistency while accommodating localized market needs.

Identify and cultivate strategic content partnerships with external vendors, agencies, and platform partners to expand content capabilities and reach.

  • Proven experience in content operations, marketing campaign management, or digital content strategy, with a strong background in developing and executing multi-channel content initiatives.

  • Experience in gathering customer requirements and translating them into analytical frameworks and measurement strategies.

  • Fundamental knowledge in content marketing principles, campaign strategy development, and marketing execution methodologies.

  • Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into comprehensive content strategies and operational execution plans.

  • Hands-on experience in managing content workflows, editorial processes, and cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced environments.

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality content experiences that meet both user needs and business objectives.

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze content performance metrics and make informed strategic decisions.

  • Fundamental knowledge of project management methodologies, including campaign planning, resource management, and timeline coordination.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex content challenges and propose innovative solutions.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, business partners, and global teams.

  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and possess strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency preferred for effective communication with local teams and stakeholders.
