Job Description

This open position encompasses activities related to the management of user access and Business Support for a client applications

  • Test requirements for new business implementations
  • Identify automation opportunities
  • Participation and management of projects related to business application needs
  • Identifying technical errors to improve performance of remote business applications
  • Assist in software installations and configurations
  • Participate in workshops and follow-ups regarding business activities
  • Asset Management Control
  • Review user identities and work with applications Business Owner, Technical Owner and Access management to perform any required corrective / preventive actions
  • Perform user account management tasks, such as creating, modifying, and deactivating user accounts
  • Monitor and analyse IAM-related logs and reports to identify potential security issues or unauthorized access attempts
  • Assign and revoke access rights as needed
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations
  • Link external IT helpdesk support to local business needs
  • Monitor and follow-up the activity performed by external IT Helpdesk service"
  • Assist in software installations and configurations

Technical Skills:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in similar activities
  • ServiceNow
  • Active Directory
  • Systematic, autonomous and logical thinking
  • Microsoft Office 365

 

Language Skills:

  • English – Expert
  • French – Notions

 

Soft Skills:

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Work in a team and communicate effectively, being a good listener, reliable.
  • Good listening and questioning ability.
  • Ability to plan work ahead and to prioritize workload.
  • Respect the procedures, methodologies and directives.
  • Good learning skills.

 

Other details:

Ability to travel within Portugal
