Job Description
The Quality Coordinator ensures product and process excellence by applying technical expertise, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with ISO/IATF standards and customer requirements.

What You Will Do
Lead product and process improvements using quality engineering tools and company standards
Ensure compliance with safety, product, and process requirements, including ISO/IATF standards
Interpret customer requirements and align them with operational execution
Oversee laboratory testing, audits (LPA), and data integrity
Identify risks, solve problems, and coach teams on Plant Optimization (PO) and quality practices
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 17025, and IATF 16949
Experience in laboratory testing, audits, and regulatory compliance
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence teams
Clear and effective communication
Team-oriented and adaptable
