About the role:

As a Night Housekeeping Supervisor, you will ensure that all public and back‑of‑house areas meet the highest cleanliness and presentation standards during the night shift. You will lead and support the Night Cleaning team, conduct nightly inspections, and uphold the Four Seasons quality and service culture at all times.

What You will do:

• Prepare nightly assignments for the Night Cleaning team and lead pre‑shift briefings.
• Conduct inspections to ensure all areas are clean, well‑maintained, and aligned with Four Seasons standards.
• Ensure cleaning staff have all necessary equipment and manage requisitions in advance.
• Maintain and update nightly cleaning schedules based on business volume and operational needs.
• Ensure equipment and storage areas are clean, organized, and properly maintained.
• Report issues, deficiencies, or shift concerns to the Director of Housekeeping through logbooks.

What You will bring:

• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
• Ability to motivate and guide a team independently during overnight operations.
• Professionalism and reliability, with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Positive attitude and ability to uphold Four Seasons values.
• Previous housekeeping or supervisory experience is an advantage.
