Role Title: Project Co-ordinator 

Business Unit: Digital Infrastructure 

Location: Leicestershire or Glasgow 

 

Role Purpose: 

As a Project Coordinator, you will support the smooth running of projects across security, document control, commercial administration and general coordination. You’ll work closely with project teams to keep information accurate, processes compliant and activities on track.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the project team
  • Support site audits for security and document control, helping track and close actions
  • Coordinate site access and security clearances with relevant teams
  • Work with Project and Site Managers to ensure timely onboarding and inductions
  • Maintain and update project documentation and records within systems
  • Support document control processes, ensuring revisions are accurate and up to date
  • Assist with maintaining required security standards across project sites
  • Help manage and report security incidents where needed
  • Liaise with stakeholders to support access and compliance requirements

 

About You

  • Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and document control systems
  • Comfortable working with data and digital systems, with a willingness to learn new tools
  • Collaborative team player with a positive, flexible approach

 

Experience & Requirements

  • Experience in a project coordination or administrative role
  • Familiarity with document control systems (e.g. Viewpoint or similar CDE) desirable
  • Construction or infrastructure experience helpful but not essential
  • Able to achieve DV security clearance
  • Comfortable working in a predominantly office-based, secure environment

Galliford Try Digital Infrastructure:-

 

Galliford Try’s Telecoms business works predominantly within the UK’s Critical National Infrastructure market, focussing on Wireless, Core and Private 5G Networks, Defence and Renewable Energy sectors. 

We deliver multi-site programs, and our expertise in the planning, design, and delivery processes, together with our CNI Security knowledge and experience, enables us to efficiently deliver fully integrated design and construction programmes and portfolios of work on critical operational and secure assets.
