
Marketing Executive - Event & Partnership Specialist
Job Description
Event Management & Execution
• Conceptualize, plan, and execute end-to-end brand events at the Bosch Home Experience Centre, with a focus on creating immersive, hands-on experiences with Bosch home appliance products.
• Proactively identify, build relationships with, and secure strategic event partners—with a primary focus on renowned chefs and culinary experts—to host engaging workshops and demonstrations.
• Manage all cross-functional and external stakeholder alignment to ensure seamless event execution, including:
◦ Briefing and coordinating with the in-house design team for all promotional assets (e.g., posters, digital invitations).
◦ Collaborating with our digital agency to launch advertising campaigns to drive event attendance, particularly for paid workshops.
◦ Aligning with Brand Store partners for exclusive events targeting key audiences such as architects, interior designers, and their clients.
◦ Sourcing, briefing, and managing photographers and videographers to ensure high-quality documentation of all events for marketing and PR purposes.
◦ Coordinating with in-store Sales Promoters to ensure all event logistics, product demonstrations, and on-site preparations are flawlessly handled.
• Conduct comprehensive post-event evaluations with all stakeholders to measure event effectiveness, ROI, and identify key learnings for future improvements.
Strategic Partnership Development
• Identify, research, and prospect potential partner brands that share similar brand values and target audiences with Bosch Home Appliances.
• Develop and pitch creative co-marketing concepts for joint campaigns and activities, covering both offline (e.g., joint events) and digital (e.g., social media collaborations) channels.
• Manage the partnership lifecycle from initial outreach and negotiation to campaign execution and post-campaign analysis.
• Serve as the main point of contact for all brand partners, ensuring a smooth and mutually beneficial relationship.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Public Relations, or a related field is a point plus.
• A minimum of 1 year of proven experience in event management, partnership marketing, or a similar role, preferably within a premium brand environment.
• Demonstrated success in planning and executing high-quality events from concept to completion.
• A strong network of contacts within the culinary, design, or lifestyle communities is a significant advantage.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to confidently liaise with internal teams, external agencies, partners, and vendors.
• A proactive, self-starting attitude with a creative mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
• Based in or willing to be based in Jakarta.
