What you´ll do Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and execute new technology/product development projects of thermal management materials. Work closely with global and regional customers and supplier partners. Lead innovation projects with ownership. Strengthen Henkel’s IP though patent development in thermal management materials. Contribute to new technology, digitalization, automation, sustainability and diversity. Ensure compliance with Henkel corporate SHE and 5S standards, policies and procedures and manage the daily lab SHE and 5S work. Support operation on product scaleup, process optimization and quality.
