Senior Product Specialist (m/f/d) (Gas Sensing)

As a Product Management Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the medical gas sensing product portfolio. You will play a key role in driving product strategy, market analysis, and lifecycle management to ensure the portfolio meets customer needs and business objectives.

You will report directly to our Director of Healthcare Sensing Portfolio and you’ll work out of our Rolle, Switzerland location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the success of Honeywell’s medical gas sensing solutions by aligning product offerings with market demands, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting new product introductions to enhance healthcare safety and efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Develop and execute product strategies for the medical gas sensing portfolio to meet market and customer requirements.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to drive product development and successful launches.
• Manage product lifecycle activities including pricing, positioning, and end-of-life planning.
• Support cross-functional teams with product knowledge and market insights to achieve business goals.

YOU MUST HAVE :

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or a related role within the medical sensors or gas sensing industry.
• Strong knowledge of gas sensing technologies and market dynamics.
• Experience with product lifecycle management, market analysis, and portfolio optimization.
• Proficiency in tools and methodologies related to product management and data analysis.
