任职资格（Job Qualifications）
学历学位（Education Background）：全日制大学或者更高
专业（Professionals）：自动化仪表/自动化专业/机电一体化
经验/履历（Working Experience）：5年以上同行业或仪表系统集成从业经历
专业技能（Professional Skills）：了解本公司产品，专业基础知识及商务基本概念，具有市场活动概念，熟练掌握常用的办公软件
其他如语言计算机能力等（Others such as Language/Computer Skills）：英语4级以上，能看懂英文文档和答复英文邮件，口语能进行简单的工作交流；掌握CAD软件（AutoCAD等）；适应现场出差
岗位使命（Mission and Objectives，Why does the Job exist）
理解营业本部工作方针，完成本人担当的产品支持和销售推进任务；
具有较强的主动性，提出科学合理的方案并组织实施，并能取得相应成果；
支持销售人员的日常营业活动，协助销售人员制定复杂工况的测量方案；
职位描述（General Description/Mission and Objectives and Specific Duties of the Position）
1、通过与销售人员、代理商、客户的沟通，了解客户需求；
2、提供符合要求的技术方案、技术选型，同时完成技术交流、技术澄清等工作；
3、横河现场仪表技术咨询，解答选型和使用中的问题；
4、编写技术文档，包括应用笔记、问题解答、操作方法、故障排除指南等；
5、参加线上/线下技术交流、产品展示、展会支持，并提供相关的产品内容；
6、对代理商、集成商进行产品和服务的培训；
7、赴现场做故障调查、产品调试、现场培训；
8、了解市场状况，提供针对性的产品竞争策略。
