
Floating Senior Teller/Customer Service Representative (Upper RGV)
Job Description
The Floating Senior Teller/Customer Service Representative processes a variety of financial transactions including cashing checks, receiving deposits, distributing withdrawals, processing transfers, accepting loan payments and preparing change orders. Will also assist tellers and other front-line staff with more complex transactions and will provide overrides/approvals on escalated transactions. Additionally, the Floating Senior Teller/Customer Service Representative also assists customers with opening accounts, processing check orders, issuing debit cards, general maintenance on existing accounts, and other account related duties as needed.
This position covers the upper RGV branches: Weslaco, Donna, Pharr, Mission, Edinburg, and McAllen.
