The livestream industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become the next growth driver for TikTok global business. It also brings great joy to users globally and it creates a new channel for our creators to show themselves. Join TikTok LIVE’s Service & Experience team to help elevate global live streaming experiences. You’ll work directly with massive user feedback, using data insights and process optimization to address core experience issues—impacting billions of users in real time.

We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2026. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Candidates can apply to a maximum of two positions and will be considered for jobs in the order you apply. The application limit is applicable to TikTok and its affiliates' jobs globally. We support credit-bearing internship registration, subject to the intern's school requirements and company approval. Successful candidates must be able to commit to either of the following Internships:

  • From May to August (onboard by 11 May 2026)

  • Responsible for the operational optimization of AI service tools in the TikTok LIVE scenario (e.g., intelligent Q&A BOT, user demand response system), including user intent annotation, question classification, and standardization of reply scripts to improve tool accuracy and user satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with product, R&D, and data teams to promote the functional iteration and experience optimization of AI service tools, track project progress, and synchronize risks and updates.

  • Establish and iterate service operation SOPs, including data annotation specifications, cross-departmental collaboration processes, and problem closure mechanisms to enhance operational efficiency and process stability.

  • Monitor core indicators of live AI services (e.g., response accuracy rate, user reuse rate, problem resolution rate), regularly output data review reports, and drive continuous improvement of service quality.

Minimum Qualification(s):

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Mandarin proficiency: Strong Mandarin (written and reading) proficiency is required to accurately interpret and apply Mandarin-language technical documentation relevant to ongoing projects.
  • Core competencies: Clear logical thinking, good at sorting out complex processes; serious and meticulous in work, patient, with strong sense of responsibility and execution; good communication and coordination skills, able to efficiently cooperate with the team and customer service team to complete work.

Preferred Qualification(s):

  • Operational Foundation: Familiar with basic Internet product operation logic; prior internship experience in product operation, or project management is preferred; able to understand the "demand-action-result" operational closed loop.
  • AI Cognition: Basic understanding of AI logic (e.g., large model application, prompt design, data annotation); prior internship or project experience in AI tool usage or user demand mining is preferred.
