Overview Senior Associate Data Scientist L1 As a Senior Associate Data Scientist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing AI & Machine Learning solutions to drive business insights and innovation

You will work on complex data sets, build predictive models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful data-driven solutions

Your Impact Develop and deploy AI & Machine Learning models to solve business challenges

Analyze large, complex datasets to extract valuable insights and patterns

Design and maintain ETL pipelines and data workflows to ensure clean, reliable data feeds for analytics and model training

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data science solutions

Utilize statistical modeling, deep learning, and NLP techniques to enhance decision-making processes

Work with engineering teams to integrate AI models into production systems

Ensure the scalability, efficiency, and accuracy of AI solutions

Stay updated on the latest trends in AI, machine learning, and data science

Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, and data engineering

Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other AI frameworks

Experience with statistical modeling, deep learning, and NLP techniques

Experience building data pipelines using tools such as Spark, SQL, Airflow, or equivalent orchestration frameworks

Hands-on experience with cloud-based AI solutions (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Proficiency in German and English at a business fluent level (C1/C2)

Set Yourself Apart With Experience in reinforcement learning, computer vision, or time series forecasting

Knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, and AI governance
