
Continuous Improvement Manager (Business Process)
Job Description
Directs, manages and provides guidance in driving positive change to Simmons business processes for the shared services organizations such as Supply Chain, IS, and Finance. Uses broad understanding of corporate operational systems and processes across a multi-tiered manufacturing organization to drive improvement in productivity, quality, and customer service. Works at all levels of the organization to ensure improvements are sustained through analysis & status reporting, briefing senior leaders, and providing self-service business intelligence dashboards.
