Production Manager – Manufacturing Operations

We have an immediate opening for an Production Manager responsible for overseeing daily operations across our Straws, Kitting & Packaging, and Injection Molding departments within a fast-paced food packaging and plastics manufacturing environment. This role provides leadership to four Shift Supervisors to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production operations across all shifts.

The Production Manager will drive operational excellence through a focus on safety, productivity, quality, equipment reliability, employee engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives while supporting production goals, reducing downtime and waste, and promoting accountability and teamwork throughout the facility. The role reports to the Plant Manager.
