We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (based in Vietnam) to drive pipeline growth through qualification activities, supporting opportunities through to deal closing. This is a sales-driven role focused on engaging new customers, identifying revenue opportunities, and driving account growth in a B2B environment.🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through proactive outbound outreach in a B2B sales environment.
- Engage prospects, understand business needs, and qualify opportunities for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate prospect and activity data in CRM systems.
- Support account planning and outbound initiatives involving complex sales motions.
- Work independently to meet performance targets and contribute to overall pipeline growth.
🎓 Education
- Graduation required; college degree strongly preferred
💼 Previous Experience
- 2 years minimum in sales capacity / IT sales
- 1 year minimum in account management
🛠 Hard Skills
- Lead Generation experience in B2B environment
- Read and understand English in written and verbal form
- SAAS sales experience – preferred (good to have)
- Strong written and verbal skills in supported languages
- Strong computer skills (Office + CRM systems)
🤝 Soft Skills
- Organizational skills: prompt and accurate data entry, handling multiple accounts simultaneously, advanced contact planning, etc.
- Cold-calling skills: ability to approach and engage a new customer quickly with negotiating capabilities
- Business communication skills
- Ability to work independently: drive own personal performance, take ownership of training and skill enhancement, seek continuous quality improvement, etc.
- Account management skills: identifying key buying group, relationship building and maintenance and account planning
- Solution selling skills: manage outbound campaign activity involving complex sale
- Trusted advisor: ability to consult on high-level strategy and overall energy spend
