Job Title: Sales Executive, Cosmetics & Personal Care (CPC) – Korea
Location: South Korea (Korea office/Hybrid)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated, “hunter” Sales Executive to drive our expansion in the Korean market. As an emerging region for Centric Software, this role requires a proactive, results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is energized by building pipeline, winning new logos, and closing complex deals.
You will be responsible for generating net-new business within the Cosmetics & Personal Care (CPC) sector, leveraging Centric’s global expertise, cross-functional teams, and referenceable customers to establish credibility and accelerate growth in Korea.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive net-new revenue by proactively prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business within the Korean CPC market.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline through consistent outbound activity and strategic account targeting.
- Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through negotiation and deal closure.
- Act as a true “hunter,” focused on acquiring new logos and expanding market presence.
- Lead complex, enterprise sales processes, engaging executive stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams (pre-sales, solution consulting, delivery, and leadership) to develop and win deals.
- Leverage global resources and referenceable CPC customers to strengthen value propositions and build trust.
- Develop tailored, value-based sales strategies based on customer business needs and challenges.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality proposals, presentations, and RFI/RFP responses.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and successful deal execution.
- Represent Centric Software at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of successful enterprise software sales experience (PLM preferred; alternatively ERP, CRM, SCM, or similar solutions).
- Proven “hunter” profile with a strong track record of prospecting, pipeline building, and closing net-new business.
- Demonstrated success in closing complex, high-value deals
- Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth, or market-entry environments.
- Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally and lead internal teams to win deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills.
- Experience leveraging global teams, customer references, and resources to support sales cycles.
- Domain knowledge or experience in the Cosmetics & Personal Care industry is highly preferred.
- Experience preparing proposals and responding to RFI/RFP processes.
- Experience with value-based or solution selling methodologies.
- Fluency in Korean and strong business-level English required.
