The opportunity
At Aura News by Unity, we build large-scale content experiences used by millions of users worldwide. We’re looking for a motivated Project Manager who enjoys working in a dynamic, cross-functional environment and is passionate about driving execution across multiple teams. In this role, you’ll coordinate projects end-to-end, help keep initiatives moving efficiently from planning to launch, and take part in the hands-on configuration and management of production flows.
What you'll be doing
- Lead cross‐functional projects across Product, R&D, BI, Monetization, and Operations teams, while identifying risks and removing execution blockers.
- Configure and manage production flows, including version rollouts, configuration changes, and a/b tests setup.
- Oversee A/B tests and optimization initiatives, ensuring smooth execution and clear tracking of results.
- Manage changing priorities and release schedules effectively in a dynamic environment while maintaining alignment across stakeholders.
- Create visibility into project status, timelines, and key updates to support informed decision-making and effective communication.
What we're looking for
- B.Sc in Industrial Engineering & Management or equivalent.
- 1+ year of experience in Project Management in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering collaboration and relationship-building across teams. Fluent English is required.
- Technical orientation, including familiarity with software development processes, data-driven thinking, and AI-based tools or workflows.
You might also have
- Familiarity with the AdTech industry.
- Familiarity with the Android environment.
- Familiarity with JIRA or similar project management tools.
