Responsibilities include but are not limed to:

The Texas State Aquarium provides high quality, entertaining programming through education, conservation, and wildlife rehabilitation. We strive to provide our guests with an exciting, educational, and memorable experience.
Responsibilities include but are not limed to:
- Maintain the vault and vault room
- Balance and reconcile daily register receipts and e-commerce transactions
- Prepare and update daily and monthly spreadsheet reports
- Disburse and record petty cash.
- Collect, count, and disperse parking tokens
- Report daily attendance information and maintain attendance records
- Maintain AP files and documents including scanning of prior year documents
- Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures. Report all unsafe work practices to supervisor and / or Human Resources.
- Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge and skills
- Provide exceptional guest service
- Abide by all policies and procedures outlined in the employee handbook
Requirements
One year certificate from college or technical school is required for consideration or three to six months of related experience and / or training; any equivalent combination of education and experience to be able to perform the essential functions of the job would meet the education and experience criteria.
