Job Description
Role Overview
The Senior Financial Analyst partners with business leaders to drive financial planning, performance insights, and data-driven decision-making. This role blends core FP&A with advanced analytics across customers, products, pricing, and revenue to improve profitability and support growth.
Hybrid role based out of the Chicago office. Monday - Wednesday onsite required
Key Responsibilities
FP&A
Lead divisional budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
Establish financial targets aligned to strategy
Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting and performance insights
Partner with business leaders to review results and identify drivers
Analytics & Business Insights
Analyze customer behavior, segmentation, retention, and pipeline performance
Evaluate product performance, new product opportunities, and SKU optimization
Support pricing strategy through elasticity, variance, and discount analysis
Assess profitability across products, customers, and channels
Build revenue forecasts, growth models, and scenario analyses
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
5+ years of FP&A or financial analytics experience
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
Advanced Excel, experience with planning tools (e.g., One Stream, Hyperion) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred
