Job Description

Position: Owners Lounge Team Member   
Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Seasonal   
Pay Rates:  Up to £12.71 per hour depending on age   

Join our One Great Team at Haven as an Owners Lounge Team Member, where you’ll help create a relaxed, welcoming, and high-quality experience exclusively for our Holiday Homeowners. This role is all about great service, familiar faces, and creating a comfortable social space that owners love returning to.
 
We’re on the hunt for a friendly, upbeat Owners Team Member to bring some fun and flavour to our team! In this role, you’ll be the face of our Owners Venue.
 
Key Responsibilities   

- Greet Holiday Homeowners warmly and provide attentive, personalised service

- Take and prepare drinks orders, including beers, wines, spirits, and simple cocktails

-Take and serve food orders, working closely with our kitchen team

- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-presented bar and lounge area

- Build rapport with owners, helping to create a friendly, community feel

- Support owner events and social activities, including setting up, serving, and ensuring events run smoothly

- Work collaboratively with other departments across the park when required to support owner experiences and operational needs

- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day lounge operations

- Follow all responsible alcohol service and health & safety guidelines
 
Requirements   

- Previous experience in a bar, hospitality, or customer-facing role is beneficial but not essential

- Applicants must meet the minimum legal age of 18 to sell alcohol.

- A friendly, professional, and customer-focused approach

- Confident communicator who enjoys building positive relationships

- Able to work calmly and efficiently in a relaxed but service-led environment

- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
