Job Description
What you´ll do Website Strategy Operations -Develop and execute the global strategy for the company’s owned website, ensuring it aligns with brand objectives and drives traffic, engagement, and conversions (not to limited to purchase). -Manage day-to-day operations of the centralized brand website, including content updates, user experience optimization, and technical maintenance globally, locally. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, development, product) to create and implement campaigns, product launches, and promotional pages. -Monitor website analytics and performance, using data to make informed decisions on site optimization, conversion rate improvements, and SEO strategies. -Ensure the website reflects the latest branding, messaging, and content standards while being responsive and user-friendly across devices. IOT: e.g. salon environment machine exploration -Lead the global strategy and execution of service machine -Manage the end-to-end process of machine selection to shipment to market and align needs of APAC markets. China based social media support and new tech application like AI technology.
